		Was to create an automated reporting service had to switch gears, others were relieved of their positions.
		Supported a call detail reporting scheme that generate stats for all calls for the business Units.
		Reports to sumerize data for requested business for sales, workforce management etc.
		Reports on agents, supervisor, manager, directors, and V.P. for performance.
		Reports were given within Excel, Crystal, and exported to PDF as requested.

		Resolved system crashes of slot machines which generating excessive signal.

		Replacing paper forms to an online web interface increasing productivity and accuracy, this in-turn created audit trails as to who did what and when.
		Wrote Zebra card printer drivers to print players/employee cards.
		Wrote a web interface application to monitor the gaming floor and associated servers.
		Resolved system slowdown during peak hours of operation due to SQL users performing ad-hoc, and poorly designed stored procedures.
		Wrote a barcode uniforms management application supporting our wardrobe department, along with supporting Crystal reports. Utilized SQL as a backend, 10 client interface on 5 computers using touch screen/speech/scanner technologies.
		Wrote a web document control management program for HR, utilized by all managers. Document control contained an admin control for document control, with SQL backend.
		Perform various stored procedures interacting with customized reports using Crystal 6/8.5/9, or MS SQL Reporting.
		Wrote custom payroll/accounting application for transmittal of data to financial institutions, using SQL backend with temp tables, and SP.
		Wrote interface for USB card swipes for employee ID cards, and credit card interface for processing for our hotel. Generated pre-fill data entry for 3rd party hotel reservation application.
		Project leader in providing a barcode coupon promotional redemption application, designing web/application SQL interface used in marketing to production redemption, with security reports.
		Investigated questionable gaming transaction within SQL using ad-hoc scripts.

     1984 to 1986

Supported UNIX platform, upgrading BIOS, hardware, software, included tape streamer, diagnostic support, and R&D new product development.

		Evaluated new PC systems, different chip sets, PCBs, products, and different levels of programming, which included device drivers.
		Supported BIOS within the motherboard, disk power up diagnostics, boot up, written in M68K assembly.
		Support the repair, field service with a stand-alone diagnostics.
		Developed trouble shooting tools, written in assembly, C, and shell script.
